Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Klarfen® ships internationally to all countries.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our logistics center in Germany, USA and Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, but you may return the item for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship the next business day after processing is complete.
